Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
TEST billing and review status
This is a staging draft, not a finalized public contract. Stripe TEST checkout uses simulated payments; do not enter real card details. The current evaluation catalog is commercial-test-2026-10-v4. Earlier purchases retain their recorded price, allowance and credit-lot terms. The operator, applicable taxes, statutory rights and public-launch terms still require review.
One subscription, one shared credit wallet
The current monthly TEST offers are Starter: USD 19 with 7,000 credits per monthly grant; Growth: USD 49 with 18,000; and Pro: USD 88 with 35,000. All three use one wallet across Maps/GEO, organic Search/SEO and AI answers/AEO. Competitor matching within the same collected observation adds no search units. Saved results, filters, deterministic comparisons and exports consume no scan credits.
Annual TEST offers are Starter: USD 182.40 upfront (equivalent to USD 15.20/month); Growth: USD 470.40 upfront (USD 39.20/month); and Pro: USD 844.80 upfront (USD 70.40/month). Each annual total is 20% below twelve current monthly payments. All amounts are USD before applicable taxes. Confirm the complete upfront amount, currency, monthly grant, renewal date and configured renewal price before checkout.
Credits govern consumption; they do not remove separate recorded workspace, business-profile or domain entitlements. Existing account limits and historical subscription terms are not silently migrated by a new catalog. The displayed quote and the account's recorded terms identify the applicable version. No seat or history-retention entitlement is created by this notice.
Monthly grants, rollover and annual boundaries
A new subscription grant is valid during its monthly service period and the following monthly period. It expires at the start of the third period. For example, a January 17 grant expires at the March 17 boundary; the February grant is a different lot. New grants do not extend old expiry dates. Eligible unreserved credits are spent in earliest-expiry order.
An annual payment funds exactly twelve monthly grants inside its paid annual term: one at the first boundary, then one at each of the next eleven monthly boundaries. The whole year is not credited upfront. Turning off auto-renewal does not stop access or monthly grants during the paid annual term. There is no thirteenth grant at the term-end boundary without a successfully paid renewal. Refunds, disputes and unresolved payment state can require reconciliation before further grants.
Billing boundaries use the original UTC payment/subscription anchor, separately from the timezone selected for scan schedules. A missing day in a shorter month is clamped to that month's last day without shifting later anniversaries: a January 31 anchor can use February 28 or 29 and return to March 31. Explicit service and expiry boundaries are recorded. Delayed processing does not extend a lot's original expiry.
Grants follow trusted payment confirmation, not a checkout-success redirect. Failed or unpaid checkout creates no payment-funded credits. Duplicate payment events and grant jobs must not issue the same grant twice. Zero-dollar invoices are not collected revenue; any separately authorized free allowance has its own record.
One-time top-ups and subscription eligibility
Current TEST top-up packs are 5,000 credits for USD 19, 15,000 for USD 49, and 30,000 for USD 89. Additional packs are 50,000 for USD 139 and 100,000 for USD 259. These are one-time purchases, not recurring charges. They require an active, successfully paid subscription to purchase and use. Owner/friend cost-wallet funding is separate and is not enabled by an ordinary top-up.
New v4 top-up lots expire twelve calendar months after the successful purchase timestamp, using the same original-anchor month-end rule. This staging expiry proposal remains subject to applicable prepaid-credit and consumer law; no legal approval is claimed. New purchased credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash under this draft, without limiting statutory rights.
After subscription access ends, unexpired purchased lots remain recorded with their original expiry but are unavailable to spend under the new terms. Reactivation restores eligibility only while those lots are still valid; it does not restart their validity. Earlier lots retain their recorded terms, including non-expiring legacy lots. No existing lot is shortened or deleted by this release. Automatic top-up purchases are off and are not part of these controls.
Scan units, reservations and outcomes
The versioned server quote is authoritative. Standard uses 1 credit for Maps, 2 for organic Search, and 3 for a supported AI answer sample; Priority uses 2, 4 and 6; Live uses 4, 8 and 12 respectively. These modes describe processing options, not guaranteed completion times.
A Maps unit is one keyword at one coordinate with one language/device configuration and up to 100 listings. An organic Search unit is one keyword at one search location with one device/language configuration and up to 20 organic results; desktop and mobile are separate checks. An AI unit is one prompt on one supported ChatGPT or Gemini answer-scraping platform, one supported location context and one intentional response sample. Additional platforms or samples add observations. Area dimensions alone do not multiply Maps units, and AI contexts do not imply GPS precision. These rates do not cover token-priced generation, new models or AI-written reports.
Unsupported depth, paid extras, operators or unpriced configurations must be corrected before a new scan can run. Saved configuration is not silently reduced to fit a quote. The quote binds the account, scope, mode, rate version and expiry. Changes require a new quote; already reserved work keeps its recorded charge.
Credits are reserved before work is submitted and successful observations settle once. A valid response with no owned match is still a successful observation. Failed, pending, malformed or ambiguous checks are not measured zeroes or successful customer charges. Definitive unused work releases its reservation; unknown paid outcomes stay reserved for reconciliation. Provider polling, internal processing, payment-webhook retries and platform-caused retries do not add customer scan credits.
A reservation made while a lot was valid can settle its original work after expiry. Releasing an expired reservation does not turn it into newly spendable, long-lived credits. A platform-failure compensation is a separately reviewed, audited adjustment. This draft does not establish an automatic compensation amount or waive statutory remedies.
Scheduling and spending controls
A weekly schedule can have four or five occurrences in a billing period. Forecasts count actual occurrences in the configured timezone through the relevant monthly grant boundary; four selected runs are a different cadence from weekly. A saved draft is not an enabled schedule. Insufficient eligible credits pause unfunded new submissions, preserve configuration and results, and require funding or configuration action; the application does not automatically buy credits, shrink coverage or launch a paid backlog after funding resumes.
A positive balance or subscription does not enable provider spending in staging. Paid scanning still requires the deployment gate and explicitly authorized, enforced limits. A bounded pilot does not authorize recurring work. Separately enabled recurring work uses standing per-run and monthly limits. Pausing blocks new submissions; already submitted work can still finish, and unknown outcomes retain budget. Closing the browser does not cancel background work.
Renewal changes and cancellation
Current plan changes, including upgrades, downgrades and monthly/annual interval changes, use a server preview and explicit confirmation for the next paid renewal. They do not charge immediately, prorate the current term or issue a second full allowance now. Existing access, purchased lots and history remain recorded. The future change is not a successful payment; its new grant requires trusted renewal confirmation. Unsupported or conflicting subscription states require reconciliation.
Cancel renewal through the billing controls. Monthly access continues to the paid monthly boundary; annual access and remaining monthly grants continue through the paid annual term. Confirm the canonical cancellation state and effective date. Cancellation itself is not a refund, deletion or reversal of a task already submitted. Unexpired lots keep their expiry, and new-term spending eligibility ends with subscription access.
Draft annual wording for legal review: Save 20% with annual billing. Charged upfront for twelve months. Credits are issued monthly. Cancel renewal anytime; access continues until the end of your paid term. Annual payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Renewal reminder delivery and jurisdiction-specific notices must be verified before public paid launch; this release does not promise an unverified reminder service.
Refunds, disputes and retained records
Final monthly and top-up refund rights, statutory cancellation rights and the twelve-month purchased-credit expiry need legal review. The annual draft above does not exclude mandatory remedies. A TEST refund tool is an engineering capability, not approval of a customer's entitlement or permission for live refunds.
An assigned platform owner with recent authenticator verification can review a canonical TEST payment and record a reason. Reversals are attributable to that payment's lots; unrelated purchases are not revoked. Already consumed or reserved credits require explicit deficit/debt review. Unknown refund outcomes require reconciliation before a new payment request. Failed refunds use compensating records with original expiry treatment, not erased history. Later refunds and disputes also adjust attributable commissions, including amounts previously recorded as paid.
Referral evaluation rules
Eligible new referred customers can receive 10% off their first three monthly subscription payments. Annual customers receive the annual savings instead, without an additional customer referral discount. Discounts do not stack. Self-referrals, duplicate attribution and cancelling then resubscribing to become a new referral are not eligible. Accepted attribution is stored on the account and locked at its first paid conversion; the current explicit preference uses no passive referral cookie.
The TEST commission ledger uses 10% of eligible net collected subscription revenue during the first twelve months after first payment, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds and chargebacks. An eligible annual payment is counted once; monthly credit issuance is not new commission revenue. Top-ups, internal/friend accounts and free grants earn no commission. Pending amounts have a thirty-day hold before review; that hold does not eliminate later reversal risk.
An owner can approve a TEST statement and record a reviewed manual payment reference for that exact batch. These controls never transfer money or initiate automatic payouts. A recorded receipt is an audit entry, not independent proof of funds received. Real payout methods, tax duties, threshold, dispute process and promoter conduct terms require approval. Promoters must clearly disclose paid relationships and must not make misleading ranking or earnings promises.
