Staging review status
This original VIDIK360 draft describes the controlled staging service. It is not a finalized commercial agreement. VIDIK360 is a product name; the contracting operator, contact address, applicable law and dispute terms have not been approved. Do not rely on this draft as a completed public launch policy.
The staging acknowledgement records the document version and server timestamp for your account. Acknowledging it does not subscribe you to marketing. A final commercial contract will require a separately approved version.
Accounts and authorized use
Use an email address you control and keep account credentials private. Use workspace invitations and roles to give colleagues access. Only enter business information and other material that you are authorized to use. Do not upload sensitive personal information or confidential customer records for staging tests.
Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass budgets or credit limits, disrupt the service, submit malicious content, or misrepresent a listing as owned. A configured business name or domain is an ownership input, not independent proof of your legal rights.
What the service measures
VIDIK360 organizes Maps, organic Search and AI-answer observations with their evidence and timestamps. These are separate measurements. Availability, location interpretation and output can change at the source provider. Results do not promise traffic, leads, revenue or a future ranking. Review the methodology disclosure before comparing results.
Sample and synthetic test results must remain labeled as such. They are not evidence that a live business has a particular rank. Saved draft defaults are configuration, not historical results.
Spending, credits and availability
Staging uses Stripe TEST billing. The billing notice describes the configured TEST subscriptions, top-ups, source-based credit expiry, cancellation and reviewed refunds. New subscription credit expiry does not rewrite historical non-expiring grants. Acknowledging this version records review of these staging changes, not acceptance of a finalized live-payment contract.
Subscription credits and provider spending limits are separate controls. Paid provider work requires an enabled deployment gate and an explicitly authorized, enforced limit. Possession of an API key or approval of one bounded pilot does not authorize unrestricted or recurring spending.
A weekly schedule, when separately enabled, operates on the server within its standing limits. Closing a browser does not cancel queued work. A cancellation or pause cannot undo a provider task already submitted; unknown outcomes must be reconciled without blindly buying the task again.
This is an evaluation environment. No uptime, support response, restore recovery objective or ranking-accuracy commitment has been established.
Inputs, evidence and sharing
You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. The service processes those inputs to provide the requested workspace, scans and reports. This draft does not transfer ownership of third-party search results, business listings or AI responses to you.
A shared report link permits anyone holding that link to view the specified report within its limits. Revocation prevents future server access; it cannot recall copies, screenshots, exports or email already received. Review evidence before distributing a report. Commercial redistribution permissions remain under review.
Leaving staging and unresolved terms
You can sign out, withdraw optional marketing preferences and request an account export or deletion in Privacy controls. A deletion request records a reviewed workflow; access revocation does not imply erasure of retained records. Subscription cancellation and reviewed TEST refunds are separate billing operations.
Platform owners can suspend new work with a recorded reason. Suspension leaves existing result retrieval and known paid-task reconciliation available; separately reviewed access revocation also restricts ordinary data access. A workspace or billing owner is not automatically a platform operator.
Final commercial refund rights, warranties, liability allocation, termination procedure, eligibility, notice periods and dispute provisions require operator and legal review before launch. No limitation of statutory rights is asserted by this incomplete draft.
